Piña Colada Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medjool date (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Milk of choice to blend
  • Avinola & more coconut flakes to top

Directions:

Blend together all the smoothie ingredients, adding more milk if needed to get a smooth consistency. Add some Avinola to the bottom of your glass then pour the smoothie on top. Finish off with more Avinola and some coconut flakes. Enjoy!
