- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
- Sweet almond coconut Avinola
- Mango, chopped into small chunks
In two separate bowls, add 2 tbsp of chia seeds and 1/4 cup milk of choice to each. Add the blue spirulina to one bowl and stir again. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to thicken then stir each bowl again. Layer the two puddings in a glass then top with Avinola and mango chunks.
