Ingredients:
1/2 cup nut/seed butter (sunflower seed butter is used here)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup sweet almond coconut Avinola
1/4 cup coconut flour
Cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
Directions:
Mix the nut/seed butter and maple syrup together until well combined. Add the Avinola, oat flour, and cinnamon then stir until a dough forms. Stir in the raisins then roll into balls. Store in the fridge until ready to eat then enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups frozen fruit blend (this one had strawberries, blueberries, and mangoes or you can do 1/2 cup of each)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Milk of choice to blend
Toppings: Sweet almond coconut Avinola, blueberries, and anything else you like!
Directions:
Blend the frozen fruit, chia seeds, and about 1/4 cup of the milk together, scraping/shaking the blender as needed. Add more liquid if it is too thick and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl then top with Avinola, blueberries, and anything else you like!

1/4 cup creamy nut/seed butter of choice
Vanilla yogurt (option to add a sweetener like maple syrup or honey if you want your yogurt sweeter)
Sliced strawberries or your favorite fruit to top
Directions:
Mix the Avinola and nut/seed butter until well combined, breaking up any larger clusters. Press into a lined muffin tin then add spoonfuls of yogurt on top and strawberry slices. Freeze until they are set then enjoy.
Berrylicious Ice Cream Crumble Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries (1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries is used here)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup sweet almond coconut Avinola
Vanilla ice cream to top
Directions:
Add the berries to a heat-safe ramekin/bowl and microwave or air-fry for 2-3 minutes or until they are heated. Mash them gently with a fork then add in the chia seeds and stir. Let sit for 10-15 minutes or until it has thickened then top with Avinola and a scoop of ice cream.
