Quick & Simple Antioxidant Açaí Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups frozen fruit blend (this one had strawberries, blueberries, and mangoes or you can do 1/2 cup of each)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Milk of choice to blend
  • Toppings: Sweet almond coconut Avinola, blueberries, and anything else you like!

Directions:

Blend the frozen fruit, chia seeds, and about 1/4 cup of the milk together, scraping/shaking the blender as needed. Add more liquid if it is too thick and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl then top with Avinola, blueberries, and anything else you like!
